Long Beach Township FAQs

Starting on June 15, 2024, Long Beach Township will offer digital daily beach badges for purchase through the My Beach Mobile app.  Seasonal and weekly beach badges can also be purchased through the app, but require pick up at the Beach Badge Shack, located at 68th St. in Brant Beach.  For more information on beach badges in Long Beach Township, click here

Recreational Area Passes:

Shuttle Bus Passes:

Starting on June 17th, 2023, Long Beach Township will also offer digital shuttle passes for purchase through the My Beach Mobile app.  Shuttle passes need to be activated prior to use and are valid for 5 minutes.  The driver will visually verify your QR code for ride access.  For more information on shuttle bus passes in Long Beach Township, click here

What is a Digital pass?

A digital pass is a QR code which is always accessible through the app and will be available immediately for use on your device.  With a digital pass, you will be required to show the QR code displayed on your device when requested for the pass to be validated.

Which passes are digital?

Long Beach Township offers digital DAILY beach and recreational passes and SINGLE USE shuttle passes.  

Can I still buy physical passes?

Yes.  Users can purchase WEEKLY and SEASONAL beach and recreational passes and SEASONAL shuttle passes within the app or in person. 

How do I pick up my physical passes if I bought them on the app?

Bring your email receipt to the kiosk located at 68th Street in Brant Beach during the hours of operation.     

Why do I need to animate the QR code?

Animation allows the checker to validate your pass.
